Decarbonising commercial transport won’t happen in a single leap to electric — it happens through the practical, parallel technologies fleets actually use to cut emissions today. Landi Technologies is a clean transportation technology company helping commercial fleets transition toward more sustainable operating models, working with OEMs, dealers, distributors and fleet operators across CNG, alternative fuels and a broader portfolio of lower-emission solutions. Ubuntu partnered with the company through a major strategic transformation to establish its identity, positioning and digital presence as an independent clean-transport business.
The challenge
The commercial transport sector is undergoing one of the largest sustainability transitions in its history, and the brands within it have to communicate something more nuanced than “EVs are coming.” Fleets are managing multiple technologies in parallel — alternative fuels, CNG, cleaner combustion, electrification, hybrids — and they trust the brands that understand that messy reality. Landi needed a position that was credible, technical and genuinely sustainability-focused, without the clichés that crowd the green-tech category.
What we did
Ubuntu led the strategic transformation of the company’s market identity: repositioning the business, shaping its narrative, evolving its visual identity and building the digital platform that brought it together. We framed the brand around the real complexity of fleet decarbonisation — multi-path strategies and practical implementation rather than single-technology slogans — and built a messaging architecture balancing technical credibility, environmental responsibility and commercial pragmatism. The website was built as a strategic communications platform, not a brochure, refined to feel sustainability-led without leaning on tired green visual language.
“Ubuntu helped us position a real, working answer to fleet decarbonisation — credible, technical, and free of green-tech cliché.”
The outcome
A full strategic repositioning delivered end to end, addressing four-plus audience segments across OEMs, dealers, fleets and partners — and an ongoing partnership carrying the brand through a market still in transformation.
